Before you send in a deposit....Make sure you have called ALCGS on the phone and spoken to the Breeder to be put on the list. Be sure that you can pick your Puppy at either 2 pm or 4 pm, ususally on a Saturday. No exceptions can be made on the pick up time of day. 2 pm or 4 pm, or later, only. Breeder will scheduled puppy pick up appointment times in order of puppy picking. Example: 2nd pick girl family must arrive before 3rd, 4th(etc) pick girl family. Also be sure that you have read over the 'emails to new clients'. The button to get to that page is on the bottom of the Directory page on ALCGS website. AFTER speaking to ALCGS on the phone: Please fill out and return this contract to us by mail along with your deposit. Puppy must be going to a home where he/she will live indoors and be part of the family. Purchaser is aware that ALCGS has a spay/neuter contract and that is puppy is NOT being sold for breeding and is not to be bred. If purchaser would like to register their Puppy, this Puppy is to be registered with the AKC only and Puppy is NOT to be registered with ANY other registry. It is agreed between the Breeder and Purchaser that the Purchaser intends to buy a Puppy from Ayer's Long Coat German Shepherds and is sending in a deposit to reserve a Puppy. The Breeder will accept deposit, which will be applied to the total cost of the Puppy. Puppies will be sold for the sum $1500.00. or 1800.00 depending on the breeding. Breeder will tell purchaser the price of the upcoming litter. $1250.00 for standard coats. Additionally .06% WV State Sales Tax also must be added to total puchase price. Postal Money Order only - is acceptable for the $300.00 deposit. Acceptable final payments include cash, postal money order, travelers checks. We do NOT accept personal checks or Bank/Cashier checks any longer. The Purchaser is aware and fully understands that this deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE - NO exceptions. Which means any deposit and/or all monies is forfeited if the Purchaser defaults on this contract. Purchaser may come to select their puppy, when pups are 7 weeks old, at which time the balance in full is due. Balance is due by 6 weeks old for puppies that are being shipped (or transported to new owner by another puppy owner)- along with the shipping/transportation costs as well. Order of choice/picking out your Puppy will be given with respect to date/order that deposits are received. The Breeder agrees to hold the Puppy of the Purchaser’s choice until the Puppy is 8 weeks old at which time ownership will transfer to the Purchaser. This Puppy will be: Picked Up? or Shipped? Reserving: Male? or Female? In cases where the desired sex is not available, Purchaser will be given the choice of a Puppy of the opposite sex if one is available in the litter. If the Purchaser refuses an opposite sex Puppy, they may choose a Puppy from a different litter if one is available, or have the deposit transferred to a future breeding of their choice. Breeder will transfer deposit so Purchaser gets the pup they are asking for. Example: boy or girl. If the Purchaser is not able to pick up his puppy when the time arrives we will only transfer the deposit 1 time by clients choice. After the 1 time 'by clients choice', the deposit will be forfeited. After Breeder recieves the deposit- Breeder will let Purchaser know deposit has arrived. Purchaser should then refer to the bottom of the Directory page on ALCGS website to the button stating 'e-mails for new clients' for info on sending us the puppy application, heath guarantee, training info and much more. Breeder will contact the Purchaser upon receipt of deposit to discuss which breeding they would like a Pup from and to advise them of their selection/pick number. ALCGS dogs are AKC registered and we hold the AKC Puppy Registration Application papers until we recieve verification from Purchasers Vet that the Puppy has been spayed or neutered. Needs to be done before Puppy is one year old or AKC fees go up. ALCGS reserves the right to be first pick on any litter. ALCGS reserves the right to return a deposit at any time for any reason. The Purchaser agrees that he/she understands this Deposit/Reservation contract fully and that this contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of West Virginia, in the county of Mercer. For any contract disputest it is agreed the place of venue shall be Mercer County, West Virginia.
